Warranty Policy and Terms for Electrical Devices and Smartphones

Warranty Period:

All electrical devices and smartphones on DarSomaya website are guaranteed for at least two years, except for accessories and attachments.
To ensure the highest service standards, DarSomaya offers its own warranty on certain products like smartphones (near-new), which are guaranteed for up to one year, excluding accessories and attachments. Customers can contact us for further details.

Warranty Services:

To benefit from the warranty services, please send the original purchase invoice for verification and to confirm the warranty period.

Warranty Service Providers and Agents:

DarSomaya provides contact details for the warranty service provider so that the customer can follow up on the device status or submit claims directly to the service provider. In all cases, the full responsibility towards the customer remains with the warranty service provider in accordance with regulations and policies.
The product warranty and manufacturing quality are provided by the agent or supplier, and the customer should contact them directly for warranty and maintenance services as per the rules and regulations.
The warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent or supplier are not the responsibility of DarSomaya, including spare parts availability, repair time, and service quality. The customer must contact the agent or supplier directly if there is any complaint or claim.

Warranty Service Providers and Agents:

The maximum repair time for warranty-covered faults is 20 days.
The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in case of a manufacturing defect, but it does not mean the replacement or return of the product's value.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by:

  • Misuse of the product or failure to follow the product manual or specified instructions.
  • Human damage such as cracks, drops, or exposure to external factors like liquids, humidity, or high temperatures.
  • Repair or maintenance attempts by unauthorized parties or use of non-approved spare parts.

The expected lifespan of each product varies, and customers should refer to the product manual or contact the agent for details.

Free Delivery Service:

For customer convenience, DarSomaya provides free delivery service to the warranty service provider for certain products on behalf of the customer (for warranty-covered faults). This service is not considered as a maintenance or repair process.
Customers can contact us to know which products are eligible for the free delivery service, and DarSomaya reserves the right to discontinue this service for certain products without prior notice, without affecting the general warranty terms.
The delivery service period ranges from 5 to 12 days at most and does not count as part of the repair time.

Near-New Smartphones:

Our website sells original used (near-new) smartphones marked with "refurbished" on the product image, free of scratches and in perfect condition, just like new phones with normal functions.
DarSomaya warranty covers the smartphone's motherboard for up to one year, excluding human damage.
The included charger and PD charging cable are not original but are certified after professional testing, so you can use them with confidence.
The warranty label is the invoice sent to the customer's email, and if the manufacturer's warranty is applicable, it will be on the package or inside it upon receipt.
