(1) Exchange Policy:
1.1 Returns and returns only apply if purchased directly from DarSomaya website, and do not apply to sales made by retailers and distributors.
2.1 If the item(s) are damaged during shipping or delivery, you can return the item(s) and issue a replacement. - In the event that you need a replacement, you must first contact us and then return the item to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, and Samaya website reserves the right to charge any additional cost if the order is not returned within fourteen (14) days from the date we confirmed that a replacement will be issued.
3.1 In the event that you request a replacement for an incorrectly sent item, to be eligible for a replacement you must first contact us and then return the item within fourteen (14) days of receipt, and DarSomaya reserves the right to charge a fee for the incorrect item to be replaced if it is not returned within fourteen (14) days of the date we confirm that a replacement will be issued.
4.1 Any right to a replacement will lapse if seven (7) days have passed since the item was delivered.
(2) Return Policy:
1.2 Refunds are only applicable if items are purchased directly from DarSomaya, and refunds do not apply to sales made by retailers and/or distributors.
2.2 Our Return Guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item, unopened (with any seals or plastic wrapping intact), and we will issue you a full refund of the amount you paid for the item.
3.2 We are also happy to refund the delivery fees if the return is due to an error made by us, this will not affect your legal rights.
4.2 No refunds will be made after seven (7) days have passed since the item was delivered.
(Replacement and Return Policy Furniture Products)
(1) Cases in which replacement and return are made:
1.1 When requesting a replacement or return, the customer submits the request electronically by sending a ticket from the customer service center, and accordingly the request status is studied, taking into account the fulfillment of the conditions for replacement and return.
1.2 The original invoice must be submitted in the event of a request for replacement or return.
1.3 The customer has the right to return within 3 days from the date of receipt in the event of a manufacturing defect and non-conformity to the specifications, provided that the defect is not apparent upon purchase and that the goods are not included in offers or discounts or the last piece or are among the goods that cannot be repackaged and packaged and restored to their original condition in the box.
1.4 If the customer requests a refund of the invoice value, the value will only be disbursed to the person in whose name the invoice was issued.

(2) Cases in which the product shall not be returned:
2.1 The customer shall not have the right to request a return of the goods during the discount or liquidation period.
2.2 If the customer purchases the last goods (last piece) or the like and the customer agrees to it, the customer shall not have the right to request a return or exchange at all.
2.3 There shall be no return of products that include several elements that have been combined and cannot be returned to their original condition in which they were delivered.
2.4 If the product was designed and produced specifically for the customer according to his specifications.
(3) Refund: It is as follows:
3.1 The amount is refunded by returning the amount to the same bank account of the requester after we receive and inspect the products.
3.2 If the customer requests a replacement, he will bear the shipping fees for returning the product to be replaced and the shipping fees for the new product and pay or return the financial difference, if any.
3.3 If the order value was paid using a credit card, the value will be returned to the card, and if the order was by cash on delivery, the full value will be returned to the account specified by the customer in the return request and at his full responsibility, and in all cases the bank commission will be deducted from the product value.
3.4 If the order value was paid via bank transfer, the full value will be returned to the card or account that was used, and if the order was by cash on delivery, the full value will be returned to the account specified by the customer in the return request and at his full responsibility.
3.5 Refund to credit card or bank account requires 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned order to appear on your bank statement, noting the delay in the case of transfer from one bank to another.
